This Privacy Policy describes WayTrade’s (“we”, “us”, or “our”) policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use our website and any services WayTrade provides (including, but not limited to fuel and fuel delivery) (collectively, the “Service”) and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

By using Our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal & Business Data You Provide

While using the Service or otherwise interacting with us, you may provide us with certain personal data, including:

  • Business and contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, address, business name, and title.
  • Transaction information, including information about the services you receive from us.
  • Payment information needed to complete your purchases and transactions, including payment card information and billing information. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of service.
  • Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.
    Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our services, and details about how you engage with our communications.

Automatic Data Collection

We and our service providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our Service, such as:

  • Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system, manufacturer and model, browser type, IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, and general location information such as city, state or geographic area; and
  • Usage data, such as  pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page, browsing history, and access times.

We may collect this information using cookies and other similar technologies. Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor‘s device or in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, and helping us understand user activity and patterns.

  • To charge you for Services: after completing Services (such as fuel deliveries) we may use your stored bank account or credit card to automatically charge you for these services.
  • To validate You have sufficient funds in your account: we may access your bank balance information prior to charging you for Services. We will never share your bank balance information with anyone outside of WayTrade or use your bank balance information for any other purpose.

Retention of Your Personal & Business Data

We will retain your Personal & Business Data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal & Business Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Transfer of Your Personal & Business Data

Your information, including Personal & Business Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

We may share your personal information with:

Service providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate our Services or our business (such as hosting, information technology, support, email delivery, and website analytics services).

Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Advertising partners. We may share personal information with third-party advertising companies for the business promotion purposes described above.

Acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or negotiations for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, WayTrade (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

The security of your personal data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Choices

Unsubscribe from marketing communications. You may opt out of our marketing-related communications by following the opt out or unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication we send you. We may continue to send you administrative communications that are necessary for our relationship with you, such as relevant updates to our policies. To opt out of text messages, text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message, or contact us as provided in this Policy.

Online tracking opt-out. There are a number of ways to limit online tracking, which we have summarized below:

Note that because these opt out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised, you will need to opt out on every browser and device that you use.

The Service is not intended for use by children. If we learn that we have collected personal information through our Service from a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
